Lindley and Mark talk about social media’s involvement in the spread of mis and disinformation and how organizations should combat misinformation.

Lindley gives us tips to help us identify if what we believe is actually just a conspiracy theory and offers advice on how to respond to people who believe them.

And he identifies the real concern of disinformation – that it does harm. And the recent events in the UK are proof.
